Motorist injured collision near Thorpe

A motorist in her twenties suffered minor head injuries following a collision on the southbound M3 last Tuesday (October 27).

The incident happened just after 8am near junction 2 of the motorway, the Thorpe interchange, when a black Vauxhall Tigra coupe was in collision with a green Volkswagen saloon.

The woman was treated for her injuries at St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey. Traffic was congested until the vehicles were cleared from the road around 9am.
