Motorcyclist injured after M3 collision near Thorpe

A motorcyclist was injured after a crash on M3 near junction 2, the Thorpe interchange, around 7.21am on Thursday, November 12.

The rider was taken to St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey, with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

The prang, which involved a number of vehicles, took place on the northbound carriageway between junctions 3 and 2 and resulted in two lanes being closed.

All lanes were fully reopened around 8.20am.
